Young Taste Studio + Kering Personas Development+ Retail Strategy Pitch Deck
A pitch deck and omnichannel retail strategy for a SoHo eyewear boutique, from experience principles to store concepts.
The quick version
Kering Eyewear and Studio Young Taste were pitched a contemporary retail strategy for the Morgenthal Frederics SoHo boutique, one that brings patients, shoppers, clients and community together. The deck moves from aspirations and five experience principles to an interaction strategy, the current store, and two store concepts.
This was a speculative pitch: a four-week retail strategy for Kering retail stores, built to show how a UX-led approach could shape the store experience.
The deck
Flip through all 36 slides. Use the arrows, your keyboard's left and right keys, or swipe.
Start with slides 8–19 for the five experience principles, then 27–28 for the concept and persona path, and 29–36 for the annotated store renderings.
What it shows
- UX strategy. Omnichannel thinking turned into five principles: storytelling, personalization, activation, environment and allurement.
- Personas. A customer persona and user path that tie the principles to a real person walking through the store.
- Concepts. An interaction strategy that changes with distance, two store concepts (Rhythm and Flow), and annotated renderings from the sidewalk to the front door.
